Patients hold the responsibility of raising funds for desired medical services by generating points. The accumulation of points is earned directly through active service hours. When the patients, families, or friends, complete service hours, not only are they helping the patient by generating points for funds, but they are volunteering at various organizations. As a result, the Hands of Mercy cycle benefits the community as a whole.
